Mountain Words Festival
From May 21 to May 24, the Crested Butte Center for the Arts hosts the seventh annual Mountain Words Festival. This multi-day literary celebration features readings, workshops, panel discussions, and more. Alpenglow Concert Series
Starting June 15, the Center for the Arts presents the Alpenglow Concert Series, a tradition spanning over 30 years. These free outdoor concerts occur Monday evenings at 5:30 PM in the Crested Butte Town Park. The series kicks off with a performance by the Floodgate Operators on June 15, followed by Bella Rayne on June 22.
Crested Butte Wildflower Festival
From July 10 through July 19, the Crested Butte Wildflower Festival celebrates the area’s vibrant flora with over 200 events, including guided hikes, garden tours, art workshops, and nature programs. This annual festival showcases the natural beauty of Crested Butte’s alpine meadows and trails.
